Do you treat Under 18s?
We welcome active teenagers to our clinic, we will always be mindful when assessing, treating, and advising on rehabilitation the needs and ambitions of the child.
It is a requirement that all Under 18s are accompanied by a parent/guardian or chaperone (who is over 18) during the entire session.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes things change at the last minute. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling is free of charge as long as it is done at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
Any cancellations less than 24 hours before booked appointment time, or failure to attend an appointment will result in a charge equal to the booked appointment fee.
Payment and health insurance.
All services must be paid for in full by the patient at the time of appointment, if required you will be issued with a receipt of payment. Which you can forward to your insurance provider, employer or legal team. It is the patients responsibility to claim money back from your insurer or employer and Kronos will not enter into any such discussion. If you expect to make a claim for reimbursement you should make the enquiry with your provider before the appointment.
