Cycling, whether indoor or outdoor is one of the  most accessible ways to keep fit,  improve your cardiovascular  response and promote the feeling of wellbeing and good mental health. If you're a beginner just starting out on your journey  or an experienced rider  we can help you get more out of your riding. We would look at your Exercise  and injury history, assess your of range of movement, muscular imbalances, analyse  your pedalling style. If required, a session can be conducted with you on your bike on a trainer filming you from the side the front using the BFF elite bike fit system

Most commonly we see lower back, shoulder and knee problems in cyclists, but it is also common to see hand, hip issues and saddle soreness. Our approach is to assess you and your limits and fit the bike to you. This ensures  you get the most efficient riding position to prevent injuries and make you a faster cyclist.
